New Fish Shipment & New Product

We have just received our newest fish shipment which includes boneless king salmon, full pink salmon fillets, salmon burger, and our newest product, halibut cheeks! For those not in the know, halibut cheeks are the best part of a halibut. Not well-known outside of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, halibut cheeks are a sweet and tender delicacy. They are round in shape and look a bit like scallops. Halibut cheeks are perfect to saute in butter or wine, or to grill or smoke.

New Markets

We are excited to announce that in addition to the Leander, Lago Vista, and Wolf Ranch farmers markets which we have participated in for a while now, we are also adding the Sun City and Pflugerville markets on Tuesday!

The Sun City Farmers Market is held at 2, Texas Drive in Georgetown, Texas year round from 9AM - 1PM. The Pflugerville Pfarmers Market is a seasonal market that is held from 3PM - 7PM from May through October with additional special market dates in November and December. You can catch us at both of these markets beginning Tuesday, June 25.

Lago Vista Summer Hours

Beginning Friday, June 28, the Lago Vista Farmers Market will adjust to new summer hours from 10AM - 2PM to avoid the market hours coinciding fully with the hottest part of the day. Come out and visit us in Lago Vista or at any of the markets we participate in. All our markets are family and pet friendly and filled with so many high-quality vendors.
