Sometimes You Gotta Shoot From The Hip

We like to do things in an orderly, well-thought-out, and organized fashion. But sometimes life happens fast and you gotta shoot from the hip. Take today, for example. A customer contacted us to ask for help with an online order. He was attempting to purchase two monthly subscription products in one transaction. Since this had never come up before, we didn’t realize this isn’t an option in our online store. We built our store using Squarespace and apparently in their infinite wisdom the team there decided ordering more than one subscription product at a time is a no-go.

To fix the issue we quickly created a new monthly subscription offering: a Coho Salmon and Black Cod combo box. This wasn’t in our plans to do at all, much less on the agenda for today. But sometimes things happen and you have to improvise. And just like that, you can now order a monthly Salmon and Black Cod combo box for pickup at our local farmers markets or local delivery in our delivery area.
