Our salmon burger is made from boneless, skinless “spoon meat” that is scraped from Coho Salmon after they are filleted. This is a highly versatile product with many uses. We love it for its high fat content and robust flavor. It is perfect for fish tacos, salmon croquettes, omelets, salads, stir fry, soups, chowders, or salmon burgers. Each package is approximately 1LB of salmon meat (ranging from 0.9LB to 1.1LB each) with no added ingredients. Our Salmon Burger ships in 3LB, 5LB, 10LB, and 20LB boxes.
