We are now taking pre-orders for Bairdi Snow Crab. We expect this product to be available for pickup at our farmers markets or local delivery within our delivery area by mid to late March.

Bairdi Crab are a bit smaller than King Crab, but most Alaskan crabbers will tell you that Bairdi is better tasting. They are sweet with a tender, delicate texture. Our Bairdi Crab come in 6.6lb cases filled with #1 grade 12-14+ oz sections. There are 6-8 sections per case. These are big, meaty, succulent crabs! They are pre-cooked so they can be reheated but many prefer to eat them cold.

Cases are $259 each and only available by pre-order. Our first shipment should arrive mid to late March.
