Keta are the leanest of Alaskan salmon species. They are firm in texture and mild in flavor. They are excellent for grilling, smoking, baking, and air frying!

Our Keta Salmon fillet portions are available in approximately 3/4LB and 1LB portions. The 3/4LB portions will weigh between 0.7LB and 0.8LB, and the 1LB portions will weigh between 0.9LB and 1.1LB
