Coho (also known as Silver) are a large salmon species – though not as large as King Salmon. They are oily and robust, but somewhat milder than King or Sockeye. This versatile fish has enough flavor to please most salmon lovers but is mild enough to also be enjoyable for people who are less experienced fish consumers.

Our Coho Salmon fillet portions are available in approximately 1/2LB, 3/4LB, and 1LB portions. The 1/2LB portions will weigh between 0.45LB and 0.55LB, the 3/4LB portions will weigh between 0.7LB and 0.8LB, and the 1LB portions will weigh between 0.9LB and 1.1LB
