King Salmon are the largest, rarest, and fattiest of all the salmon species. They can be difficult to get because demand is high and the fishing season is short. This delicious fish is commonly referred to as the “fillet mignon of the sea” and it is the most highly sought-after species due to its high fat content and buttery flavor.

Our King Salmon fillet portions are available in approximately 1/2LB, 3/4LB, and 1LB portions. The 1/2LB portions will weigh between 0.45LB and 0.55LB, the 3/4LB portions will weigh between 0.7LB and 0.8LB, and the 1LB portions will weigh between 0.9LB and 1.1LB
